Antigua Public Utilities Authority, Telephones division, is Antigua Barbuda's own national telecommunications company bringing up to date telecom services to both residential and business customers. With a penetration rate of 50 telephone lines per hundred population, Antigua's line growth has been exceptional over the past eight years, increasing from 16,000 at the end of 1991, to 38,000 today. Antigua Barbuda not only has one of the best line penetration rates but also has one of the highest call completion rates in the Caribbean, due to our ultra-modern and sophisticated telecommunications network.
