By making intelligent computer, Locus developed the first CTI in Korea, which is highlighted as a new marketing strategy. CTI system enables phone-banking system that customers can get all of the bank service with a simple phone call, and integrated customer center that stock service is possible without going to monitoring room in the security corporation. Locus is also expanding its area to CITI, Internet with existing CIT, and mCITTI, broadcasting media with CITI to enlighten the future. Locus is providing the technology that enables leaving message and number on cellular phone, which is used by more than half of whole Korean people, and also various message and voice services. Locus is creating a new intelligent service with the telecommunication technologies and know-how.
