NetCom is Norway's second largest mobile operator, offers mobile communication solutions. The company is owned by the Swedish Finland group TeliaSonera, which is the Nordic and Baltic leader in communications. NetCom has had a strong and steady growth since it broke telecom monopoly in 1993, and had in 2005 a turnover of more than 6,300 billion dollars, and a profit before tax of over 1,450 billion kroner. NetCom had 1 260 679 customers per 31.12.2005. NetCom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TeliaSonera AB. NetCom has over 98 percent coverage where people live, move and drive. Customer service is available 24 hours a day seven days a week, year-round. Headquartered in Oslo with regional offices in Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand and Portsmouth. NetCom have a total of 667 employees.
