VOXmobile is a complete Luxemburgish telecom operator offering fixed and mobile technology services Wlan and ADSL. It exploits hosted services, such as the Microsoft Exchange platform and IPCentrexOne. VOXmobile is the holder of licenses for GSM-EDGE 900/1800, UMTS ( HSDPA) and fixed telephony and operates its own networks. VOXmobile launched its commercial activities in May 2004 and in only three years acquired over 20 of market share. The group, which includes its two subsidiaries TOPLINE distributions (managing the VOXshops) and MOSKITO productions (communication agency), employs today nearly 100 people. VOXmobile's shareholders, have become as of July 2nd 2007, Mobistar, retaining 90 of the capital as well as BIKO Investments S.A. ,( the investment vehicle of the management) accounting for 10 of the shares.
