Vertex Venture Holdings (Vertex Group) was founded in 1988 as the venture capital arm of Singapore Technologies Group (ST). We are headquartered in Singapore and have offices in Silicon Valley (USA), London, Copenhagen, Tel-Aviv, Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. We currently manage funds valued at about US 1 billion and have made more than 280 investments in technology companies. 119 of our portfolio companies have either achieved listings on Stock Exchanges in the US, Europe, Taiwan and Singapore, or were acquired by other companies. We aim to add value to our portfolio companies. We help identify cross-border market opportunities, marketing and distribution channels, products, manufacturing partners, and alternative financing sources.
