The National Commission for Information Technology, hereinafter designated by CNTI, is the government's organ responsible for defining, coordinating and motivating actions that aim at preparing and directing the Angolan State towards an Information Society, within the Angolan government's strategy for the development of Information Technology. The National Commission for Information Technology, in partnership with State organs, might create laboratories for fomentation, research and implementation of solutions that seek the dissemination of the useful values of the modern information society within the Angolan society, and maximize the use of Information Technology.

The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) is a partnership between Commonwealth governments and telecommunications businesses to promote ICT in the interests of consumers, businesses and social and economic development. Its Programme for Development and Training (PDT) is a unique programme of training and expert assistance in every aspect of telecommunications for Commonwealth developing countries. The CTO has existed in its current form since 1967, and is the largest Commonwealth organisation other than the Commonwealth Secretariat itself. Today it is estimated that annual fraud losses are in excess of 35-40 billion worldwide CFCA is a not-for-profit global educational association working to help combat communications fraud. CFCA seeks to promote a close association among communication security personnel, to enhance their professional status and efficiency, and to serve as a clearinghouse of information pertaining to the fraudulent use of communications services. TErrestrial Trunked RAdio (TETRA) is an open digital trunked radio standard defined by the European Telecommunications Standardisation Institute (ETSI) to meet the needs of the most demanding professional mobile radio users. Today the TETRA MoU represents almost 100 organisations, from all continents of the world. Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) is a digital trunked mobile radio standard developed by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). The purpose of the TETRA standard was to meet the needs of traditional Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) user organisations such as those listed below.
